BENEFITS OF YOGA FOR CHILDREN

There is growing evidence to support the notion that school age children benefit from yoga.

 

 

It can increase co-ordination, concentration, self- awareness and self-esteem; whilst strengthening their bodies, boosting stamina and developing good posture. Yoga is a great release of tension for the young body and mind.
